工单提醒

What /ticket-remind does

Run /ticket-remind inside an open ticket channel and pick a member of that ticket. The bot sends them a direct message saying the ticket is waiting on them, with a link back to the channel and your optional note.

这个功能的存在，是因为在工单中提醒已静音的成员没有任何作用，而私信则会被看到。

选项

user

必填。要提醒的成员，必须在该工单中。

note

添加到私信中的额外文字，例如“we need your order ID to continue”。

谁可以使用

Server admins and members with a configured ticket staff role. Anyone else gets "Only server admins or configured ticket staff roles can use /ticket-remind".

在工单频道之外运行会返回“Use this inside an open ticket channel.”

私信无法送达时

如果该成员关闭了来自服务器成员的私信，Discord 会拒绝该消息，机器人会在工单中告知你。此时请改为在频道中发布提醒，并考虑在“工单配置”页面中为长时间无人回复的工单设置自动关闭计时器。
