What /ticket-remind does

Run /ticket-remind inside an open ticket channel and pick a member of that ticket. The bot sends them a direct message saying the ticket is waiting on them, with a link back to the channel and your optional note.

Server admins and members with a configured ticket staff role. Anyone else gets "Only server admins or configured ticket staff roles can use /ticket-remind".

जब DM नहीं पहुँच पाता

अगर सदस्य ने सर्वर के सदस्यों से DMs बंद किए हुए हैं, तो Discord संदेश अस्वीकार कर देता है और बॉट ticket में आपको यह बता देता है। तब रिमाइंडर channel में पोस्ट करें, और जो tickets चुप रहते हैं उनके लिए Ticket Configuration पेज पर auto-close टाइमर पर विचार करें।
