티켓 알림

What /ticket-remind does

Run /ticket-remind inside an open ticket channel and pick a member of that ticket. The bot sends them a direct message saying the ticket is waiting on them, with a link back to the channel and your optional note.

이 기능이 있는 이유는, 음소거한 멤버를 티켓에서 멘션해도 아무 일도 일어나지 않지만 DM은 확인되기 때문입니다.

필수. 알림을 받을 멤버입니다. 해당 멤버가 티켓에 있어야 합니다.

note

DM에 추가되는 텍스트입니다. 예: "계속하려면 주문 ID가 필요합니다".

사용 대상

Server admins and members with a configured ticket staff role. Anyone else gets "Only server admins or configured ticket staff roles can use /ticket-remind".

티켓 채널 밖에서 실행하면 "Use this inside an open ticket channel." 메시지가 표시됩니다.

DM을 보낼 수 없을 때

멤버가 서버 멤버의 DM을 꺼 두었다면 Discord가 메시지를 거부하고, 봇이 티켓 안에서 이를 알려 줍니다. 대신 채널에 알림을 게시하고, 계속 조용한 티켓에는 티켓 설정 페이지의 자동 닫기 타이머를 고려하세요.
