Support with fast replies: 24 to 48 hours. Sales tickets where buyers wait for payday: 72 hours or more. Remember the timer counts from the last message by anyone, so a staff "any update?" restarts it. Use /ticket-remind to DM the member before it expires if the ticket matters.
