Invite and self-bot filters
Delete invite links to other servers, and stop self-bot scams that post the same picture and link again and again.
Invite link filter
Deletes messages with a Discord invite to another server. Admins, roles you allow and channels you allow are never filtered, and invites to your own server are fine unless you turn that off. You can also time the member out.
- /security antiinvite enabled:True
- Turn it on.
- allow_role / remove_role
- Members with an allowed role may post invites (up to 25 roles).
- allow_channel / remove_channel
- Invites are allowed in that channel or category (up to 25).
- allow_own_server
- Invites to this server are fine (on by default).
- timeout_minutes
- Also time the member out. 0 only deletes the message.
Self-bot filter
Scam self-bots post the same picture with the same link in many channels within seconds. When a member posts the same picture and link a set number of times (default 3) inside the window (default 120 seconds), every copy is deleted and they are timed out (default 60 minutes).
- /security selfbot enabled:True
- Turn it on.
- threshold
- Copies that count as a scam wave, 2 to 10.
- window_seconds
- Inside how many seconds, 10 to 600.
- timeout_minutes
- How long the member is timed out. 0 only deletes.
Good to know
Both live on the dashboard too: Safety → Security. The security module must be on, and the bot needs Manage Messages and Moderate Members.
Deletes are bundled per channel into one request, so a scam wave in ten channels never hits Discord's limits.
