Phone alerts
A short note on your phone through the free ntfy app when something happens in your server.
What you get
Short, fixed notes like "New ticket on Discord" or "New order". They never include names, messages or amounts.
- Events
- New ticket, new order, payment received, low stock or sold out, new review, new staff application, new member (off by default) and when your own AI key stops working. Turn each one on or off.
- Tap to open
- Tapping the alert opens your server's dashboard.
Set it up
- Install the free ntfy app on your phone.
- In the app, subscribe to a topic name only you know, like a long random word.
- Open the dashboard, then Business Management → Phone Alerts, and paste the same topic.
- Press Send test alert.
Good to know
- Not encrypted
- ntfy topics are public: anyone who knows your topic name can read your alerts. Use a long name nobody can guess, and do not share it.
- Access token
- With an ntfy account you can add an access token. Then the daily allowance counts on your own account instead of the shared one.
- Saved safely
- The topic and token are saved encrypted. The page only shows their last 4 characters.
