Refund Policy

1. Noxyr is free

Every Noxyr feature is free: the bot, the dashboard, the website tools and the custom bot, which is unlocked by a free Top.gg vote. There is no subscription and no feature behind a paywall.

The only thing Noxyr takes money for is the optional Donor plan, a one-time donation that is arranged in a ticket in the Noxyr support server. We never ask for card or payment details on this website or in a DM. Anyone selling "Noxyr Premium" or taking payment for Noxyr anywhere else is not us. Please report them through the Support Center.

2. The Donor plan

The Donor plan is a one-time donation, not a subscription, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. Its perks are switched on for your Discord account as soon as the donation is confirmed, so it is not refundable after that, with these exceptions:

  • You were charged twice, or paid by mistake and the perks were never switched on.
  • We could not switch the perks on for your account.

For either, open a ticket in the Noxyr support server within 14 days of paying, with your payment receipt. Approved refunds go back the way you paid, and the perks are removed.

Your donor perks, including your donor custom bot and its hosting, stay on for as long as Noxyr is running. There is no end date and nothing to renew. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of Noxyr: if Noxyr ever stops running, the perks end with it.

3. Purchases in servers that use Noxyr

Many servers use Noxyr to run their own shop: catalogs, carts, invoices and vouchers. Those shops belong to the server running them. Noxyr does not take, hold or forward any money, and an invoice made with Noxyr is a record created by the seller, not a payment through us.

Refunds, cancellations and disputes for those purchases are between you and the seller, under the seller's own terms. Noxyr cannot issue refunds, reverse payments or recover money on a seller's behalf.

4. If a seller will not help

  • Contact the seller first, through the server's ticket system if it has one. Keep your invoice ID and payment receipt.
  • If you paid through a payment provider (PayPal, a card, a bank), its own dispute or buyer protection process is the way to get money back.
  • Report scams to Discord, and to us through the Support Center. We can stop a server from using Noxyr under our Terms of Service, but we cannot get your money back.

5. Partner services

Purchases from partners we link to, such as Endercloud hosting with the code NOXYR, are made with that company, not with Noxyr. Their own refund terms apply.

6. Changes to this policy

If Noxyr offers anything else paid, this page will be updated with its refund terms before it goes on sale.
