Sales Boost
Notify me when back in stock, Buy again, review reminders, a public sales feed, loyalty roles and product roles that last a set number of days.
What it adds
Sales Boost is a set of small switches around your Auto-Pay store that bring buyers back. Turn on only what you want; everything is off until you switch it on.
Set it up on the dashboard (Auto-Pay → Sales Boost) or with /salesboost in Discord. Both save the same settings.
The parts
- Notify me
- A sold-out product shows a Notify me button. Buyers who press it get one DM with a link to the store when you add stock again. Up to 500 people can wait per product.
- Buy again
- The purchase card gets a Buy again button. In the server it opens the same product right away; in DMs it links to the store.
- Review reminder
- A set number of hours after a sale (1 to 168), the buyer gets one DM asking how it was, with the review button. Nobody who already reviewed that order is asked. Needs reviews set up.
- Sales feed
- Every sale is posted in a channel you pick, like "New purchase: 1x Product". Show the buyer as a mention, by username, or hide them, and choose whether the price shows. Nobody is pinged.
- Loyalty roles
- Give a role once a buyer reaches a number of paid orders, or an amount spent in one currency. Counted over every paid invoice in the server. Roles are given, never taken away. Up to 15.
- Timed product roles
- A product role can last a set number of days (1 to 365). The bot takes it back when the time is up; buying again adds more days. 0 keeps the role forever.
- Top buyers
- Turn on the public ranking and every member can run /top-buyers. It ranks by number of orders and never shows money.

- Add a loyalty role.

- Stop giving a loyalty role.

- Everything Sales Boost is doing in this server.

- A product role that lasts that many days.
- /invoice sales-style public_ranking:True
- Let every member run /top-buyers.
Good to know
- Pace
- Restock and review DMs go out a few per minute, so a big restock never hits Discord's limits. Someone with closed DMs is skipped.
- Roles
- The bot's own role must be above every role it gives or takes back.
- A role they already had
- If a member had the product role before buying, it is never put on a timer.
Sales Boost only runs while the Auto-Pay store is open.
