1. Information We Collect

Noxyr collects minimal data required to provide our services. This includes Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, and role IDs. When a ticket is closed, we also store a transcript of its messages and a copy of the files sent in it (images, screenshots, PDFs and other attachments) in our database. A server can turn transcripts off in its dashboard.

2. How We Use Information

The collected information is used exclusively to operate the Noxyr bot features (e.g., verifying users, saving settings, processing tickets). We do not sell or rent your data.

3. Data Retention

We retain data as long as Noxyr remains in your server. If you remove the bot, your server configuration and related data may be permanently deleted. Ticket transcripts, including the copies of files sent in the ticket, are stored securely in our database and can only be opened by the person who opened the ticket, the server’s administrators and staff the server gives Support access. The Noxyr team can also open them when handling a support request or a report.

Business tools. If a server uses Noxyr's business tools, Noxyr also keeps for that server: a profile for each customer (their orders, plus tags and notes the server's staff add), a log of changes made in the server's dashboard (who changed what, and when), license keys for products the server sells and the order each one was delivered to, and backups of the server's settings. Backups contain settings, not orders or customer profiles, and only the 7 newest backups of each server are stored; each new backup after that deletes the oldest one. These records are only shown to the server's owner, its Administrators and the staff roles it gives access.

AI support. If a server turns on AI chat, messages sent to the AI are processed by an AI provider to write a reply. If the server also lets the AI look up orders, only the asking member's own orders are included, never anyone else's.

Invite tracking. While a server has the Referrals module on (it is on by default), Noxyr records, for each member who joins, whose invite they joined through, when they joined and left, and whether the account was less than 7 days old. Members and staff see the totals with /invite-tracker. These records are kept while Noxyr is in that server and are included in your copy of your data (section 5). A server stops new records by turning the Referrals module off.

Auto-Pay. If a server sells with Auto-Pay, Noxyr keeps each order like an invoice: your Discord user ID and username, the product, the amount and payment method, the blockchain transaction ID or Mercado Pago payment ID that paid it, and the reference you type when you report a manual payment. Payment details belong to the server: Noxyr never holds money, never sees card or bank logins, and stores a server's Mercado Pago token only in encrypted form. Orders are part of your copy of your data (section 5) and, like invoices, are kept as the server's sales records.

Sales Boost, schedules and server logs. If you press Notify me on a sold-out product, Noxyr keeps your Discord user ID and the product until it sends you the restock DM (at most 90 days); it is part of your copy of your data (section 5) and is deleted when you delete your personal info. A product role that lasts a set number of days is kept with your user ID and its end date until the role is taken back. A server's Efí Bank secret and certificate are stored only in encrypted form. If a server turns on message logs, the bot keeps the text of recent messages in that server in memory for up to 24 hours, only to show what a deleted or edited message said in the server's log channel; it is never written to our database or disk. What a server's log channels show is kept by Discord, under that server's control.

Website activity. We count website visits to keep the site fast; visitors who are not signed in stay anonymous. If you are signed in and accepted analytics, we keep a 30-day log of your activity on the website (never what you typed), seen only by the Noxyr owner; a daily summary of it is part of your copy of your data, and “Delete my data” removes it.

Dashboard look. If you customize your dashboard, Noxyr keeps your choices (background, blur, dim, panel style, accent colour and your server groups) and up to 3 background pictures you upload, in our database. Only you see them. They are part of your copy of your data (section 5), and you can delete each picture yourself; “Delete my data” deletes all of it.

Your data in servers. Your copy of your data (section 5) includes customer profiles about you, license keys delivered to you and changes you made in server dashboards. “Delete my data” also deletes customer profiles about you. A server’s dashboard change log is kept while Noxyr is in that server, because it is that server’s security record.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including secure database connections and authenticated dashboard access via Discord OAuth2.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your data. Server owners can clear their guild data by removing the bot or contacting our support team.

If you have signed in to the dashboard, you can also delete your own personal data yourself at any time: open the account menu (top right) and choose “Delete my data”. The action requires two confirmations and is permanent. A bot administrator can also perform this deletion for a user on request.

You can also ask for a copy of the personal data Noxyr holds about you. Open a request in the Support Center or email support@noxyrbot.com, and we will send it to you as a file in a Discord DM.

6. Children

Noxyr is not for anyone under 13, or under the minimum age to use Discord in your country if that is higher. If we learn that we hold data about a child below that age, we delete it.
