1. Information We Collect

Noxyr collects minimal data required to provide our services. This includes Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, and role IDs. We may also store message content solely for the purpose of generating ticket transcripts when explicitly requested by server administrators.

2. How We Use Information

The collected information is used exclusively to operate the Noxyr bot features (e.g., verifying users, saving settings, processing tickets). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

3. Data Retention

We retain data as long as Noxyr remains in your server. If you remove the bot, your server configuration and related data may be permanently deleted. Ticket transcripts are stored securely and are only accessible by authorized server staff.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including secure database connections and authenticated dashboard access via Discord OAuth2.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your data. Server owners can clear their guild data by removing the bot or contacting our support team.

If you have signed in to the dashboard, you can also delete your own personal data yourself at any time: open the account menu (top right) and choose “Delete my data”. The action requires two confirmations and is permanent. A bot administrator can also perform this deletion for a user on request.
