Server Data: Server IDs, role names, and configuration settings provided by server administrators.
User Data: Discord User IDs, usernames, and public metadata required for features like moderation, levels, and profiles.
Usage Data: Commands triggered and interaction timestamps to improve bot performance.
2. How We Use Data
We use the collected information solely for the operation and improvement of Noxyr. We do NOT sell your data to third parties. Data is used for:
- Maintaining server-specific settings and moderation logs.
- Providing user stats and achievement systems.
- Identifying and fixing technical bugs.
3. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as Noxyr is in your server or you are an active user. If the bot is removed from a server, all server-specific configuration data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the data we have stored about you, or to request its deletion. You can do this by contacting us through our Support Server.
