Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Noxyr bot and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Noxyr provides automated tools for Discord server management, including ticketing, invoicing, verification, and moderation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use Noxyr to violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or distribute malicious content. Abuse of our services or infrastructure may result in a permanent ban across all your servers.

4. Payments, Misuse & Reporting

Servers that use Noxyr run their own shops. Payment details shown by Noxyr, including UPI and crypto QR codes, invoices and payee names, are entered by the server and are not checked or verified by Noxyr. Noxyr does not take, hold or forward any money, and is not a party to any sale between a server and its customers.

  • Prohibited use. You may not use Noxyr to defraud anyone, to impersonate a person, brand, bank or payment service, or to collect payments under a false name. Any such use leads to removal of Noxyr from the servers involved and a permanent ban, and we may share relevant records with law enforcement where the law requires or permits it.
  • Check before you pay. Before sending money, confirm that the banking name shown by your payment app matches the seller you expect. The name inside a QR code or invoice is set by the seller.
  • Report misuse immediately. If you see Noxyr being used for scams, impersonation or any other unlawful purpose, report it through the Support Center with the server name or ID, screenshots and any invoice ID. We review every report and act on confirmed misuse promptly.
  • No liability for third-party sellers. Noxyr is not responsible for any loss, fraud, non-delivery or dispute arising from a purchase or payment made with a server that uses Noxyr. Claims for such losses lie with the seller, your bank or payment provider, and the appropriate authorities. If you have been defrauded, also report it to your bank and to your local cybercrime authority (in India, call 1930 or visit cybercrime.gov.in).

5. Liability

Noxyr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or server disruptions resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Data & Account Deletion

You may delete your own personal data at any time from the account menu in the dashboard (“Delete my data”). A bot administrator may also carry out this deletion at your request. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Ticket Transcripts

When a ticket is closed, Noxyr saves a transcript of that ticket's messages so your staff and the person who opened it keep a record of what was agreed. The following applies to every server, on the free tier, with no paid plan:

  • We do not delete your transcripts. A saved transcript is kept for as long as Noxyr is live. We do not expire them after a set number of days, cap how many you may keep, or remove them to free up space. If Noxyr is ever discontinued we will give notice so transcripts can be downloaded first.
  • Files in transcripts are free. Screenshots, images and other files sent in a ticket appear in the transcript at no cost and behind no paid tier.
  • We keep a copy of ticket files. When a ticket is closed, Noxyr saves a copy of every image, screenshot, PDF and other file sent in it, up to 50 MB each, in our database. The transcript shows our copy, so it keeps working after Discord’s own links expire. A file is kept for as long as its transcript and is only shown to people who can open that transcript.
  • Files we could not save. A file larger than 50 MB, or one Discord no longer had when the ticket closed, is listed in the transcript by name with a note that it was not saved.
  • A transcript and its files can be opened by the person who opened the ticket, the server’s administrators and staff the server gives Support access in its dashboard.

8. Discord Terms

By using Noxyr, you also agree to comply with Discord's official Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

9. Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age to use Discord in your country if that is higher, to use Noxyr.

10. Web Stores & User Content

Servers can publish a web store on noxyrbot.com and add their own products, images, descriptions and prices. That content belongs to the server that posted it, and that server is fully responsible for it, including making sure it is legal and does not infringe anyone's copyright or trademark.

  • NSFW servers and products are not allowed on web stores.
  • We may take down any web store or remove any content, at any time and without notice, if it breaks these terms or the law. A store that we take down cannot be put back up by its owner.
  • Reporting content. To report copyright infringement or illegal content, open a request in the Support Center or email support@noxyrbot.com with the store link, what the content is, and, for copyright, proof that you own the work. We review every report and remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
