Help Guide page
Every server has a Help Guide page in the Control section of the dashboard. It is a short walkthrough of the pages in the order you normally need them, with links straight to each page for the server you are viewing. Use it when someone new joins your staff and needs to learn the dashboard.
/help in Discord
/help opens a menu with the command groups (store, tickets, server setup, community, utilities). Pick a group to see its commands with one-line descriptions. It is public so members can find the commands that apply to them, such as /shop, /rate or /close request.
Outside Discord
The docs you are reading, the guides on /articles, and the Support Center on the website for bug reports and suggestions. Website visitors who are signed in with Discord can also use the live chat widget.
