2.1Support tickets
A button members press to open a private channel with your staff.
- Run /ticket setup to pick the category, staff roles and transcript channel.
- Run /ticket panel in the channel members should see.
- Staff use /ticket claim, /ticket rename and /close now inside the ticket.
