Server management

One dashboard page to run a server: overview and missing permissions, member search with details, customers, giveaways and announcements.

Overview

A server management page on the dashboard cycles through its tabs: members with a search box, customers, giveaways with start, end and reroll, and an announcement composer. Management Members Customers Giveaways Announce 🔍 mia_dev 1,248 members · joined, roles, details Customers @leo3 invoices$84.00 @ana1 invoice$12.50 @kai6 invoices$210.00 anyone with an invoice here, with order history Giveaways 🎁 Nitro for a month 142 entries · ends in 2h 10m End Reroll + Start giveaway Announcement Weekend drop is live 🎉 Post to #news pings are opt-in

The top of the page shows the server name, member and role counts, the owner and the modules that are on, then the permissions the bot needs for common features but does not have: Manage Channels for tickets and applications, Manage Roles for verification and rewards, Manage Messages for clear and sticky, Manage Server for referral invites, and the basics. Counts are refreshed about once a minute.

Members and customers

Search
Uses Discord's own member search, a page at a time, so a very large server costs the same to browse as a small one.
Customers filter
Only members who have an invoice on this server.
Details
Join date, top role, invoices and what they spent, tickets they opened, reviews, referrals given and received, giveaway entries and staff applications.

Giveaways and announcements

Giveaways
Running giveaways with entries and time left. Start a new one, end one early or reroll the winners, the same as /giveaway.
Announcements
Title, body, colour, image and channel. Pings are opt-in and only sent when the bot may mention that channel; one announcement per server every 10 seconds.
Activity log
Every start, end, reroll and announcement from this page is recorded with who did it.

Open it under Control → Management. It needs Administrator on the server, like the rest of the dashboard, and works the same for a custom bot.
