Roster commands reference

Types

A roster type is a named kind of event with a default channel (for example "Heist" or "Race"). /roster type_add type_name default_channel creates or updates one, /roster types lists them, /roster type_delete removes one. /roster create type_name [channel] then opens a board of that type.

Running an event

/roster manage [event_id]

Active events, or details of one.

/roster admin_panel event_id

Buttons to move members between slots, lock the board, and close.

/roster kick event_id user [reason]

Remove a member from the roster.

/roster close event_id [reason]

End the event; the board is archived and the summary page is linked.

/roster post channel

Post the roster panel members use to join.

/roster control-panel [channel]

Post the staff control panel.

Settings

manager_role

Role allowed to manage rosters without being a server admin.

ping_role

Role mentioned when a roster opens.

post_notice + post_notice_seconds

Whether and how long before the start a notice is posted.

Bonus column

/roster bonus_enable state:on adds a bonus column to boards. /roster bonus_set user status marks a member Tick (eligible), Cross (not eligible) or Pending (clears the mark); /roster bonus_list shows everyone with a mark. The dashboard Bonus page does the same with a table.
