Store problems

Catalog not posting, invoice image not rendering, wrong currency, voucher rejected.

Catalog does not post or update

No channel
Set it with /catalog setup channel or on the Catalog page.
No visible category
The catalog needs at least one visible category; /catalog category-list shows them.
Permissions
View Channel, Send Messages and Embed Links in the catalog channel. To update in place it also needs to be the author of the message; if someone else reposted it, run /catalog post.
Deleted message
If the catalog message was deleted, the next change or /catalog post creates a new one.

Invoice image not showing

The invoice is an attached image, so the bot needs Attach Files in that channel. A logo URL that is not a direct image link (Google Drive, Imgur page links) is skipped and the invoice renders without it. A very large logo is scaled down; a corrupt one is ignored.

Currency

The catalog shows the currencies enabled with /catalog currency. If a converted price is missing, live rates were unavailable and no rate was cached yet; set the price explicitly or try again later. Invoices are never converted: the report shows each currency separately.

Voucher rejected

/check voucher code:<code> says why: unknown in this server, expired, disabled, or out of uses. Vouchers belong to the server they were created in. One voucher per invoice.
