Slash commands not showing

Module toggle

Turning a module off removes its commands for the whole server. /module list shows every module and whether it is on; /module enable turns one on. Commands come back within a minute.

Admin-only commands

Commands marked admin are hidden from members without the admin role or Administrator. If you can see /shop but not /catalog setup, that is why.

Discord cache

The Discord client caches the command list. Press Ctrl-R (desktop) or fully close and reopen the app.

Missing scope

If no Noxyr commands show at all, the bot was invited without the applications.commands scope. Re-invite it with the link from the website; you do not need to kick it first.

Integration permissions

Server Settings → Integrations → Noxyr can restrict commands per role or channel. A command hidden there is hidden regardless of the bot's settings.

Commands that changed name

Older commands were merged into groups: /addproduct is now /catalog product-add, /sendticketpanel is /ticket panel, /ticketadmin is /ticket. The old names still work where they exist, but the command list on the website shows the current names.

A command that errors

"This interaction failed" means the bot did not answer in time or the button belongs to a message it no longer has a record of, for example a panel posted before a reset. Post the panel again from the dashboard.
