Ticket ratings

Ask the opener to rate the support after a ticket closes, and see the scores per staff member.

How it works

After a delivered order, a review prompt fills five stars one by one and posts to the reviews channel. Order delivered Rate your purchase Tap to submit #reviews Alex Great support! Fast delivery too.

Turn on rating_enabled in the ticket settings and pick a rating_channel. When a ticket closes, the opener receives a DM: "Rate ticket <name>. How was the support in <server>?" with five buttons, 1/5 to 5/5. Pressing one records the score once; the buttons then stop accepting input.

Where the score goes

The rating is posted to the rating channel with the score as a bar, the ticket name, the panel it came from and who rated. Ticket Analytics shows the average rating for the period next to the Most Active Staff table, which counts claims and closes per staff member.

When no rating arrives

The DM cannot be delivered if the opener has DMs from server members off, and a rating only counts if it was pressed. Expect a fraction of tickets to be rated; compare staff on the same period rather than absolute counts.

Ratings are about support tickets. Product reviews with a star rating are the separate Reviews module.
