Button panels and V2 dropdown panels

The two panel layouts, when to use each, and how to post them with /ticket panel and /ticket panel-v2.

Two layouts

A ticket panel's title and description are filled in, then posted into a support channel. Panel title Description Support Support Open ticket

A button panel is one embed with one Open Ticket button; each panel has its own category, staff roles, welcome text and form. A V2 dropdown panel is one message with a select menu listing all your saved panels, so a member picks Sales, Support or Appeals from one place. Choose the layout with /ticket panel_create layout: Button or V2 Dropdown, or on the Create Ticket Panel page.

Posting

/ticket panel panel:<name> channel:<#channel>
Posts a saved button panel. Add v2_panel to post it as a dropdown entry instead.
/ticket panel-v2 display_panel:<name> channel:<#channel>
Posts the dropdown. display_panel is the saved panel whose title, text, image, color and dropdown placeholder are used for the message; the options are every saved panel.
Ticket Panels page
Lists saved panels with Post and Edit buttons, and shows where each one is currently posted.

Refreshing a posted panel

Editing a panel on the dashboard updates the posted message automatically; the bot keeps the message ID and edits it in place. If the message was deleted in Discord, post the panel again. Posting the same panel a second time in another channel is allowed, and both stay in sync.

Which to pick

One team, one kind of request: a button panel. Several departments or a shop with sales plus support: one V2 dropdown, so members do not have to find the right channel. You can mix: a dropdown in #support and a plain Buy button panel next to the catalog.

Legacy commands /sendticketpanel and /sendticketpanelv2 still exist and do the same as /ticket panel and /ticket panel-v2.
