Sales reports and top buyers

Where the numbers come from

Reports are built from invoices, so they match receipts exactly and only count what you invoiced. By default only invoices with the Successful status count; /invoice sales-style has count_pending and count_failed switches if you want the others included.

/invoice sales

period is Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or All time (default 30 days). The report shows total revenue per currency, number of invoices, best-selling products and a breakdown by payment method. post:true sends it to the channel as an embed instead of only to you.

/invoice top-buyers

Ranks customers by Orders or Amount spent for a period and a currency, limited to leaderboard_size or the limit option. show_names in sales-style hides names for a public post. Use it to pick who gets early access or a loyalty voucher.

Sales Reports page

The dashboard page shows the same data with charts over time and a table you can sort. /status sales is the quick version: invoices raised and total value for 7, 14 or 30 days, without the product breakdown.

Invoices are per server. A custom bot running on its own server has its own reports.
