Master switch; the Reviews module toggle does the same.

require_approval

New reviews wait in the dashboard Reviews page until a staff member approves them. Off by default.

auto_publish

On by default: an approved (or, without approval, any new) review is posted to the channel immediately.

Review embed styling.

show_reviewer, show_product

Whether the embed names the reviewer and the product.

Submitting

/rate rating:<1-5> product:<name> text:<text> [image] is public. Members can submit about a product they bought; the embed shows the star rating, text and optional image. Staff can add a review on a customer's behalf with /review add (rating, buyer, product, text, image, post_now), for example from a DM or a vouch posted elsewhere.

Moderation

/review remove review_id [delete_message]

Hides the review; delete_message also removes the posted embed.

/review post review_id

Posts or reposts a review to the channel, for example after approval.

/review list

Recent reviews with their IDs.

Reviews page

Approve, hide and repost with buttons, and see the average rating.

Reviews are per server and count toward the Overview totals. Ticket ratings are a separate feature.
