The Overview page
The first page of a server in the dashboard: counts, recent invoices and reviews, and the setup checklist.
What is on it
Overview is where a server opens by default. It shows the shop and support side at a glance: category, product and active voucher counts, total invoices, total reviews, the five most recent invoices and the five most recent reviews, plus the module switches.
The checklist
Under the counts is a checklist built from the server's settings. The first four items are the ones that block everything else: an admin role, a log channel, a ticket category and a staff role. Below those, each module that is switched on gets a line saying whether it is finished, for example Tickets with no panel posted or Catalog with no channel. A module that is on but has nothing configured is the most common reason "the bot does nothing".
- Set an admin role
- Who may change settings besides the server owner.
- Pick a log channel
- Where the bot reports what it did.
- Choose a ticket category
- Where ticket channels are created.
- Add a staff role
- Who sees tickets.
Overview vs /status
/status in Discord is a report for a period (7, 14 or 30 days). Overview is the current state of the server, refreshed every time you open it. Sales Reports and Ticket Analytics are the pages for trends.
Counts are per server. If you manage several servers, the server picker at the top switches between them; each has its own Overview.
