Your Tickets page
The web page where members see their open and closed tickets, read and reply, and open a new one.
What it shows
After signing in with Discord, Your Tickets lists the tickets you opened in any server that uses Noxyr, split into Open and Closed. Selecting one shows the conversation. Everything comes from the same ticket records the bot uses, so what you see is what staff see.
What you can do
- Reply
- Messages you send appear in the ticket channel in Discord as coming from you through the bot. Staff replies in the channel show up here.
- Open a ticket
- If a server has a panel you are allowed to use, you can open a ticket from the page; the form questions of that panel are asked here too.
- Close
- If the panel allows the opener to close, the Close button is here as well.
- Support tickets
- Tickets with the Noxyr team (from the Support Center) are listed in the same place.
Limits
Attachments are not uploaded from the web page; use Discord for those. Closed tickets are read-only. If a server removed the bot, its tickets stay visible but cannot be replied to.
