What the bot stores
Data kept per server and per member, how long, and what happens when the bot is removed.
Per server
- Settings
- Everything you configure: channels, roles, colors, wording, limits, module toggles, security thresholds.
- Business records
- Categories, products, invoices (including the rendered image), vouchers and their redemptions, reviews.
- Tickets
- Ticket records, and transcripts if saving is on, including mirrored images.
- Events
- Giveaway and poll entries, roster events.
- Activity log
- Settings changes with the Discord ID of who made them, kept 30 days.
Per member
Discord user IDs where a feature needs them: ticket openers, invoice customers, voucher redemptions, giveaway entries and poll votes, review authors, blacklists, trusted users. Message counts for giveaway requirements. The dashboard stores your Discord ID, username and avatar for login, and your language preference.
Retention
Settings and business records stay as long as the server uses the bot. Transcripts follow the retention rules on the transcripts page. Ended giveaways and polls keep their entries so reroll and voter views work. Live chat conversations with the Noxyr team are kept for support history.
Removing the bot
Kicking the bot stops all processing immediately; the records stay so re-inviting brings your setup back. To have a server's data deleted, use the Support Center and give the server ID. Members can request deletion of their own records the same way. The privacy policy on the website is the authoritative statement.
