1. Channels: start with seven

- #support (ticket panel lives here)
- One voice channel. Add more only when these overflow.

2. Roles: three tiers, then stop
Admin → Moderator → Member (given at verification). Colour them so the hierarchy is visible — test colours against dark mode with the role colour previewer. Cosmetic roles come later.
3. Security before invites
- Server Settings → Moderation → level Medium, 2FA for moderation on.
- Enable Discord AutoMod keyword filters.
- Add button verification and anti-nuke — verification bots compared.
4. Rules people actually read

5. The welcome flow

- Disable @everyone for Member role.
