Top.gg votes

What voting for Noxyr on Top.gg does: the /vote command, the 12-hour Custom Bot window, grace period, reminders and transfers.

The /vote command

Run /vote anywhere Noxyr is present and it replies with a link to vote and review Noxyr on Top.gg, plus a button that opens the same link. Top.gg allows one vote every 12 hours, and the command reminds you of that.

Voting is not required to use Noxyr itself. Every core feature (tickets, store, invoices, security, giveaways and the rest) is free with no vote needed. A vote only matters for one thing: unlocking Custom Bot.

What one vote unlocks

A vote unlocks the Custom Bot setup form for 12 hours, which is also how often Top.gg lets you vote again. During that window you can create a custom bot, or an existing custom bot keeps running normally.

Vote window
12 hours of Custom Bot access per vote.
No vote yet
Custom Bot setup is locked until your first vote.
Everything else
Unaffected. Tickets, store, security and every other module never require a vote.

Grace period and reminders

When the 12-hour window closes, the custom bot does not stop immediately. A 74-hour grace period starts: the bot keeps running normally, but the dashboard's Custom Bot page locks until you vote again.

A reminder DM arrives 24 hours after your last vote, which is 12 hours into the grace period, with a countdown to when the bot will actually go offline. If the grace period also runs out, the bot goes offline and its commands are removed from the server, but nothing is deleted: the token, settings, tickets, products and invoices are all kept exactly as they were, and one more vote switches everything back on.

Vote roughly every three and a half days and a custom bot never goes down, since a fresh vote before grace ends replaces the window without wasting any time you already had.

Giving your vote window to someone else

The person who votes and the person who owns the custom bot do not have to be the same account. From the Custom Bot page you can transfer your remaining window to another Discord user by their user ID, either the whole window or a set number of hours.

The hours are added on top of whatever the recipient already has, so a transfer never leaves them worse off. You keep your own grace period so your bot does not stop mid-window, and both accounts get a DM confirming what moved.

Only an active window can be transferred. Once you are in the grace period there is nothing left to give, and transfers under five minutes are refused.

Where your vote status shows

The Custom Bot page on the dashboard is the source of truth: it shows two live countdown clocks, one for the current access window and one for the grace period if the window has closed, along with whether Custom Bot is currently unlocked.

/vote itself does not show your personal countdown; it only links to Top.gg. Check the dashboard for exact timing on your own vote window.
