The server-wide embed color

Set on the Setup page, this color applies to any embed the bot sends that does not have its own color configured. Leave it blank and the bot falls back to its own default color instead.

It is a fallback, not an override - welcome, leave, verify, ticket panels and the catalog each have their own color picker, and a color set there always wins over this one.

Custom embed color

Setup page. Applies to embeds with no color of their own.

Reset

Clears it back to blank, which falls back to the bot's own default color.

The default image URL

Works the same way for images: any feature whose own Image URL field is empty uses this one instead. That currently covers ticket panels, welcome and leave messages, verification, the catalog, the cart, reviews and sales reports.

It needs a direct https:// link to the image file itself - a page that merely displays an image will not render.

"Override all images"

A separate, destructive action next to the default image field. Instead of only filling in empty image fields, it writes the default image directly into every image field the bot has, replacing whatever picture each page already had.

This cannot be undone - the previous URLs are not kept anywhere. It asks for confirmation and reports how many fields it changed before you commit.

Use it for a full rebrand where every message should share one image starting now. For anything less than that, set the default image and let empty fields fall back to it naturally instead.

What this does not cover

Invoice branding

Brand name, logo, ID prefix, accent color and footer - set separately on the Setup page, since invoices render as a document rather than a Discord embed.

Catalog and shop text

Titles, descriptions, button labels and currency text - set on the Customization page for more editorial control than a single fallback allows.
