Ticket Tool is a dedicated ticket bot whose free tier covers panels and manual transcripts, with claiming, automatic transcripts, auto-close and full customization on a $7.99 a month Premium plan. Noxyr includes all of those free, and adds a store, invoices, security and more around the tickets. If you only need tickets and are happy paying for Premium, Ticket Tool is a safe, proven choice. If Premium is the reason you are looking, read on.
The short version
Ticket Tool's own pricing page (checked September 23, 2026) lists two plans: Standard, which is free, and Premium Monthly at $7.99 a month. Standard gives you unlimited panels, transcripts you generate yourself and support roles, with a limit of 10 tickets a minute. Automatic transcripts, full embed customization, custom reactions, direct messages on open and close, ticket automation and ticket claiming are Premium. Noxyr has one plan, it is free, and claiming, automatic transcripts and auto-close are part of it.

Where Ticket Tool is the right call
Ticket Tool has been the default Discord ticket bot for years. Most tutorials, templates and staff habits assume it, so a team that already knows it moves fastest by staying. It does one job, which keeps its setup narrow and predictable, and Premium adds a faster premium-only bot and priority support in their server. If your server needs nothing but tickets and $7.99 a month is not a concern, there is no strong reason to switch.
Noxyr also asks for the Administrator permission, because tickets, verification roles and anti-nuke all need it. A server that only wants a narrowly scoped ticket bot may prefer Ticket Tool for that reason alone.
Where Noxyr is the right call
If you looked for a Ticket Tool alternative because claiming, automatic transcripts or auto-close sit behind Premium, those are free in Noxyr. The bigger difference shows up when tickets are part of a business: Noxyr's checkout opens the order as a ticket, staff send a branded invoice from inside it, and the customer can leave a verified review afterwards, all in one bot with one dashboard. See the ticket bot page for the full list.
Can you run both?
Yes, but two ticket bots in one server usually confuses members. Most servers that try Noxyr keep one ticket system: set up a Noxyr panel in a test channel, check claiming, forms and transcripts against your workflow, then remove the old panel.
Common questions
Is Noxyr's ticket system really free? Yes. Panels, forms, claiming, transcripts, auto-close, blacklists, FAQs, ratings and ticket analytics are all free, with no premium tier.
Does Noxyr save transcripts automatically? Yes. A transcript is saved when a ticket closes, from the close button, a command, a countdown or the dashboard, and stays until it is removed.
How much is Ticket Tool Premium? $7.99 a month on Ticket Tool's pricing page as of September 23, 2026. Prices change, so check their site before you decide.
