Logging in

The dashboard signs you in with Discord. It asks for two things: who you are and which servers you are in. It never sees your password and cannot act in Discord as you - every change the bot makes is made by the bot.

After login you see your servers in three groups: ones you can manage where the bot is already invited, ones where it still needs inviting, and ones where you lack permission.

Who can open a server

To open a server on the dashboard you need to be its owner or hold the Administrator permission in it. Admin roles configured inside the bot let people run admin commands in Discord; they do not open the dashboard.

The check is made live against the server every time, so a permission removed in Discord takes effect on the dashboard immediately - the server list from your login is only used for navigation, never for access.

If the bot is not in the server you get a "Bot not invited" page instead of settings. Invite it, then reload.

Quick Setup and the setup checklist

The first visit to a server opens Quick Setup. The Setup page keeps a checklist of what is still missing afterwards, and the Overview page flags any module that is on but not yet configured. Add ?setup=1 to the server URL to run the wizard again.

Copying settings between servers

If you run several servers, Copy settings pulls the portable parts of one server's configuration into another: module switches, invoice branding, welcome, leave and verification wording and colours, review options, anti-spam and anti-nuke thresholds, the AI system prompt, and ticket presentation such as panel colour, button label and naming format.

Channels, roles, products, invoices and API keys are never copied. Channel and role IDs only exist in the source server, so copying them would produce settings that look complete and silently do nothing.

1. Open the target server and go to Copy settings.
2. Pick a source server - only servers you can also manage are offered.
3. Choose which groups to copy and confirm. The copy is recorded in the activity log.

Activity log

Every settings save made through the dashboard is logged with who made it, what changed and the old and new value. Entries are kept for 30 days and are what Noxyr support looks at when you ask what changed and when.

The Live Activity page of a server is different: it lists the giveaways, reaction goals and polls that are running or have ended in that server.

Language

The dashboard is available in 16 languages. Pick one from the language switcher; the choice is saved to your browser and, when you are logged in, to your account so it follows you between devices.

English is the default and the browser language is deliberately not used, so nobody lands on a partly translated page they did not ask for. Anything not yet translated in a language falls back to English rather than showing a blank.

Sessions and logging out

A login lasts seven days, then you sign in again. Log out from the account menu; that ends the session on this browser only. "Delete my data" in the same menu removes your dashboard login records and support submissions - it is permanent and asks you to confirm twice.
