The Management page on the Noxyr dashboard is one screen for running a server: an overview with the permissions the bot is missing, a member search that opens any member's details, a customer list built from your invoices, giveaways you can start, end or reroll, and an announcement composer. It is meant for the staff member on a laptop at work who needs to end a giveaway or check a buyer without opening Discord. Here is what each part does and how it stays fast on a 100,000-member server.
Overview: what is wrong before someone reports it
The top of the page shows the server name, member count, owner and the modules currently on, then a short list of permissions the bot needs for the common features but does not have. Missing Manage Channels means tickets cannot open; missing Manage Roles means verification cannot hand out the role. Seeing that list once beats discovering it one error at a time.
Members: search, filter, details
Type a name and the search uses Discord's own member search, so it works the same on a server with fifty members and one with fifty thousand. Results come a page at a time; the dashboard never pulls the whole member list, which is what keeps a huge server as cheap to browse as a small one. Click a member for their details: join date, roles, and what Noxyr knows about them, such as open tickets and invoices.
The Customers filter narrows the list to people who have an invoice on this server. For a store that is the list that matters: who has bought, how many times, and how much. Pair it with sales reports for the totals.
Giveaways: start, end, reroll
Running giveaways live on the page: entries so far and time remaining, with End and Reroll buttons that do exactly what /giveaway end and /giveaway reroll do in Discord. Start a new one from the same place, with the prize, duration, winner count and channel. The giveaway guide covers requirements and bonus entries.
Announcements
Write a title and body, pick the channel, and post. The announcement goes out as an embed in your server's colour and branding. Pings are opt-in and only sent when the bot is actually allowed to mention everyone in that channel, so a mistyped announcement cannot notify the whole server by accident. To keep a slip from turning into spam, one announcement per server every ten seconds.
Who can use it
The same rule as the rest of the dashboard: you need Administrator on that server, and the page only ever acts on the server the dashboard has already verified you manage. Every action lands in the server's activity log, so other admins can see who ended a giveaway or posted an announcement, and when.
Why not just use Discord?
- You can search members, roles and purchase history in one place, which Discord's member list cannot do.
- Staff without a Discord client open (at work, on a locked-down machine) can still run the server.
- Ending or rerolling a giveaway is a button rather than a command with the right message ID.
- It works for your custom bot too; the page is the same under either.
Common questions
Can I ban or kick from the page? Not at the moment. Moderation actions stay in Discord where the audit log records them.
Does the member count update live? Counts and the owner's name are refreshed about once a minute, so a busy page never queues on Discord's rate limit.
Is it free? Yes. Management is part of the dashboard for every server.
