Questions that actually filter
- Age + timezone (coverage matters more than headcount).
- "Walk me through how you'd handle two members fighting in #general", scenario answers reveal more than adjectives.
- Past mod experience with server names, not just "yes".
- Weekly hours honestly available.
Keep applications to 6–8 questions. Every question past eight halves completions. When accepted staff join, hand them the ticket workflow on day one.
