Terms of Service

Last updated: 9/19/2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Noxyr bot and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Noxyr provides automated tools for Discord server management, including ticketing, invoicing, verification, and moderation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use Noxyr to violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or distribute malicious content. Abuse of our services or infrastructure may result in a permanent ban across all your servers.

4. Liability

Noxyr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or server disruptions resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

5. Data & Account Deletion

You may delete your own personal data at any time from the account menu in the dashboard (“Delete my data”). A bot administrator may also carry out this deletion at your request. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Ticket Transcripts

When a ticket is closed, Noxyr saves a transcript of that ticket's messages so your staff and the person who opened it keep a record of what was agreed. The following applies to every server, on the free tier, with no paid plan:

  • We do not delete your transcripts. A saved transcript is kept for as long as Noxyr is live. We do not expire them after a set number of days, cap how many you may keep, or remove them to free up space. If Noxyr is ever discontinued we will give notice so transcripts can be downloaded first.
  • Images in transcripts are free. Screenshots and attachments appear inline in the transcript at no cost and behind no paid tier.
  • We do not store your images. Noxyr does not keep a copy of any image, screenshot, PDF or other file sent in a ticket. The transcript saves only Discord’s own media link and loads the file straight from Discord when the transcript is opened, so the file never leaves Discord’s servers for ours. Non-image files are listed by name and type with a note that they were not stored.
  • Discord’s media links expire. Because we link rather than copy, an older image may stop loading and will show as “Image no longer available”. A server admin can turn on the optional image mirror in the dashboard, which is the only setting that makes Noxyr keep a copy on our server so images outlive the link.
  • A transcript is visible to the person who opened the ticket, the staff member who closed it, and server administrators.

7. Discord Terms

By using Noxyr, you also agree to comply with Discord's official Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
