Check a username, display name, nickname, server name, channel name or role name against Discord's length and character rules before you hit save, and see what Discord would quietly convert it to.

A username with capitals and a space is corrected to lowercase letters, digits, underscore and dot. Alex Nova!alex.nova2–32 charactersa–z, 0–9, underscore and periodno consecutive periods

Limits used: username 2-32 characters from a-z, 0-9, underscore and period, no consecutive periods and not only periods; display name and nickname 1-32; server name 2-100; channel name 1-100 (text channels are lowercased with spaces turned into dashes); role name 1-100. Nickname and role changes are a common raid target, so pair naming rules with the anti-raid playbook.
