Tickets
Support panels, ticket channels, staff access, transcripts and FAQs.
What you need first
- A ticket category
- Set it in Quick Setup or on the Tickets page.
- A staff role
- Who can see and answer tickets.
- A posted panel
- The message members click to open a ticket.
Panels
A panel is the button members press to open a ticket. You can post more than one, each with its own category, staff roles and welcome message - useful when billing and general support should not see each other.
- /ticket panel
- Post a panel into a channel.
- /ticket setup
- Configure the category, staff roles and limits.
Closing and transcripts
Staff can close a ticket from the buttons on the ticket channel. When a ticket closes the bot saves a transcript you can open on the web, and posts it to the transcript channel if one is configured.
- /close now
- Close the ticket immediately.
- /close countdown
- Warn the opener, then close after a delay.
Transcripts link to attachments rather than storing copies of them, so a deleted Discord upload will not render later.
FAQs
FAQ entries answer the questions staff would otherwise retype. Members reach them with /faq, and staff manage the list from the dashboard or with the FAQ subcommands.
