Reviews
Collect customer ratings and post them to a public channel.
Setup
Reviews need a channel before members can submit. Set it on the Reviews page of the dashboard, then members can leave a rating and a comment.
- /rating submit
- Leave a review.
- /rating config
- Configure the review channel and options.
Moderation
Staff can hide a review without deleting it, so the record stays while the public list stays clean.
