A custom Discord bot for agencies works best as one bot account invited into every client server, not one bot per client. What an agency actually needs from a Discord bot
If you run community management for several clients, ticket tools, shop bots and security bots built for a single server create the same problem three different ways: separate setups, separate logins, separate things to remember to renew. What you actually want is one operator workflow and one bot identity per client, without maintaining a fork of the same bot per server.

What the client sees, and what you manage
A client member sees your bot's name and avatar on every ticket panel, invoice, giveaway embed and welcome message in their server. They do not see Noxyr's name anywhere it matters to them, and they do not need to know Noxyr is doing the work underneath. From your side, every server you manage still shows up as a normal server in the dashboard: you configure tickets, the store, security and everything else per client exactly as you would with any Noxyr server, using Administrator on that server.
What stays shared, and what stays per-server
Two things follow directly from how Custom Bot is built, and agencies should know both before they promise a client anything:
- One database, one identity. Every server your custom bot serves reads and writes the same underlying Noxyr database. That is what makes one setup cover unlimited servers, and it is also why the bot's name, avatar and token are the same everywhere it runs. You cannot give two clients different bot names on the same account; that needs two separate bot applications (and, since one account only gets one custom bot, a second Discord/Top.gg account behind it).
- Settings stay per server. The shared database does not mean shared configuration. Each client's ticket categories, product catalog, invoice branding, verification rules and role settings are stored against that server's own ID, completely separate from every other client you run. Nothing you set for Client A appears in Client B's server. If you want to copy a working setup between clients rather than rebuild it, the dashboard's Copy Settings tool brings across the portable parts (module switches, colors, wording, limits) while deliberately skipping channel IDs, products and invoices, since those do not mean anything in a different server.
The vote window and grace period, from the operator's side
This is the mechanic that actually matters for running several servers on one bot: the vote window belongs to the account, not to the server. Vote once on Top.gg and every client server your custom bot serves gets 12 hours of access from that single vote, followed by a 74-hour grace period during which the bot keeps running everywhere while only the dashboard's Custom Bot page locks. A reminder DM lands 24 hours after the vote, and if the whole window and grace period lapse, the bot goes offline in every server at once. Nothing is deleted anywhere; the next vote switches it back on across the board.
In practice, voting every three and a half days keeps every client's bot online with zero per-server maintenance. If you would rather have a client cover the vote themselves, you can hand your remaining window to another Discord user ID from the Custom Bot page, in full or in part, without losing your own grace period.
If a client removes Noxyr from their server
Your custom bot depends on Noxyr staying in each server it serves, because it runs on Noxyr's settings and database. If a client kicks Noxyr, your bot stops answering in that one server within about a minute and DMs the person who removed it (and you, if that was someone else) with an invite link. Every other client server you serve keeps running normally; this is scoped to the server Noxyr left, not to your whole account. Invite Noxyr back and your bot resumes there on its own, with no reconfiguration.
How this compares to premium white-label tiers
MEE6 and Dyno both sell a version of this as a paid tier, typically billed per server per month, which turns into real recurring cost once an agency is past two or three clients. Common questions
Can I give different clients different bot names? Not on one account. One Discord application is one name, one avatar, one token, used across every server that account's custom bot serves. Different names need different applications and different Noxyr accounts behind them.
Do clients need to vote on Top.gg themselves? No. Voting is tied to your account, not each server. One vote from you (or from anyone you transfer the window to) keeps every client server's bot running.
Can a client see my other clients? No. Server settings, tickets, products and invoices are isolated per server. A client's dashboard only ever shows their own server.
What if I manage 20 client servers on one bot? There is no cap in the code on how many servers a custom bot can serve. Each still needs Noxyr present and Administrator access to configure from the dashboard.
