4.1Welcome messages
Greet every new member, and say goodbye when they leave.
- Run /welcome setup with the channel and your message.
- Use {user}, {server} and {memberCount} as placeholders.
- Set the goodbye message with /welcome leave.

Next time someone joins:
/welcome status shows what is set, and /welcome off stops it without losing the wording.
