Answer the repeat questions before a ticket is ever opened.
- Add answers with /ticket faq-add.
- Members read them with /ticket faq, or from the FAQ button on the ticket panel.
- Reword one later with /ticket faq-edit, or drop it with /ticket faq-remove.
