# Sales reports and top buyers

Revenue, best sellers, payment breakdown and buyer rankings from /invoice sales and the Sales Reports page.

## Where the numbers come from

Reports are built from invoices, so they match receipts exactly and only count what you invoiced. By default only invoices with the Successful status count; /invoice sales-style has count_pending and count_failed switches if you want the others included.

## /invoice sales

period is Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or All time (default 30 days). The report shows total revenue per currency, number of invoices, best-selling products and a breakdown by payment method. post:true sends it to the channel as an embed instead of only to you.

## /invoice top-buyers

Ranks customers by Orders or Amount spent for a period and a currency, limited to leaderboard_size or the limit option. show_names in sales-style hides names for a public post. Use it to pick who gets early access or a loyalty voucher.

## Sales Reports page

The dashboard page shows the same data with charts over time and a table you can sort. /status sales is the quick version: invoices raised and total value for 7, 14 or 30 days, without the product breakdown.

> Note: Invoices are per server. A custom bot running on its own server has its own reports.
