# Reviews

Collect customer ratings and post them to a public channel.

## Setup

Reviews need a channel before members can submit. Set it on the Reviews page of the dashboard, then members can leave a rating and a comment.

- **/rating submit**: Leave a review.
- **/rating config**: Configure the review channel and options.

## Moderation

Staff can hide a review without deleting it, so the record stays while the public list stays clean.
