# Invoice design

Pick one of 10 themes and 10 layouts for your invoice pictures, or use your own colours.

## What you can change

- **Theme**: The colours of the page: Classic, Midnight, Slate, Paper, Ocean, Forest, Sunset, Royal, Rose or Graphite. Midnight, Royal and Graphite are dark.
- **Style**: The layout: Classic, Minimal, Banner, Bold, Outline, Soft, Corporate, Ledger, Frame or Elegant. Bars, the table header, corners and the grand total change; nothing moves or gets cut off.
- **Colours**: Your own accent, page and text colours. Leave page and text empty to use the theme's. A warning shows when the text would be hard to read.

## Set it up

1. Open the dashboard, then Invoices → Invoice Design.
2. Pick a theme and a style. The preview on the right is the real invoice picture with your server's name, logo and prefix.
3. Change the colours if you like, and switch the preview between Paid and Pending.
4. Press Save design.

## Good to know

- **Where it shows**: Every invoice picture drawn after you save: in Discord, on the invoice page and in the PNG and Image as PDF downloads. The PDF document download keeps its own plain layout.
- **Back to Classic**: One button puts the original look back.
- **Name and logo**: These stay on Invoices → Invoice Branding.
- **Background picture**: Upload your own picture behind the page (PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP up to 10 MB; a GIF shows its first frame). It is saved at once; the slider sets how much page colour lies over it so the text stays readable.
